Tens, tens, tens across the board!!
It was only just yesterday when Freehold was formed to create the UK’s leading LGBT+ network for professionals in the real estate sector.
Well, not yesterday – but a decade ago! Since launching in 2011, we have grown into a network of over 1000 individuals across the U.K..
What a journey it has been and what a better time than now to celebrate the achievements of our network and its fabulous people with a grand party to raise a proper glass to our community.
As it feels like a decade ago in the days of yore since we were able to lawfully enchant ourselves with a large indoor soiree – truth be told, we have patiently been waiting for an evening of glitz, glam and celebration, reunited under one glittered roof. This will be an evening of camaraderie and bonafide Freehold networking with music and entertainment, and a few surprises throughout the night to keep you on your toes and heels as we eat, drink and dance in a most merriment of occasions.
We are grateful to our sponsors who have made this event possible – thank you!
We’re committed to making this event accessible to as many members of our community as possible by providing two tiers of ticket prices. Please help us maximize inclusion and diversity for all ages and income levels.
Gala tickets: £100.00
Under 30’s and those of more limited resources £75.00
Freehold 10 is supporting the youth homeless charity LandAid who fund projects across the UK supporting young people at risk of homelessness, including LQBT+ projects like The Albert Kennedy Trust. All profits from the evening will go to Land Aid and help in the following way
1 ticket (£100) – provides a young person with a welcome kit of bedding, cooking utensils and towels, helping them to settle into their new home.
2 tickets (£200) – pays for a bed, giving a young person a safe and comfortable place to sleep.
5 tickets (£500) – funds the stripping-out of a derelict house, taking the first step towards creating a new and welcoming home for two young people.
10 tickets (£1,000) – pays for a new kitchen – helping young people to learn valuable life skills
Category is: Creative meets glamour…more ‘Brit Awards and Sketch Bar’ and less BAFTA black-tie. And by all means – bring the whole you! Plus, your significant others are welcome.
St. Luke’s is a building steeped in history and unique story. Designed by Nicholas Hawksmoor & John James for a budget of £10,000 the church was consecrated in 1733.
Repairs started in 1734 and over the years some serious repairs were needed until in the summer of 1959 there was a calamitous case of subsidence. Columns left the roof; the building was declared unsafe and it was abandoned. It stayed that way for 40 years.
Restoration started in 2000 and it is now the home to the LSO. With a nod to its heritage and past while looking forward, its central location with and eastern tilt on the map, it is the perfect place for us to celebrate.
Attendees will need to be vaccinated and show their NHS Covid Pass the door or alternatively show documentation of a negative Covid test within 24 hour prior to the event.
In the event you are you are unwell or test positive for Covid ahead of the party tickets can be transferred.
