Paul is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience spanning property finance, operations, and technology. Currently Head of Technology at British Land, Paul has held several senior roles including Head of Storey and Property Finance Director, where he led transformative initiatives across the business.
Paul is a committed advocate for inclusion in the workplace. In 2015, he founded British Land’s LGBT+ & Allies network, helping to foster a culture of openness and belonging. He served on the board of Freehold LGBT+ CIC from 2019 to 2024 and continues to support the organisation as an ambassador, championing its mission to connect and empower LGBTQ+ professionals across the real estate industry.
